Job descriptionExperience : Automotive sales pros preferred, but we’re open to any seasoned sales experts ready to master the car business. Commitment : Full-time availability to dominate the sales floor and grow with our team. Comfortable working under a commission-driven pay plan . 2+ years of previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but other industries will be considered). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. High energy, positive attitude, and strong customer service orientation. Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends.
