Those in deal integration and valuation realization at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximizing the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

The Opportunity As part of the Delivering Deal team you are responsible for supporting the IT function within M&A, along with large-scale, cross-functional business process and systems integration, separation, and transformation changes. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining exceptional standards. You are responsible for experiencing the entire deal cycle, from due diligence to negotiations, Day One planning, systems integration and separation, synergy analysis, and stranded costs optimization.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart - Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management / Research preferred - Assisting team across the deal spectrum proactively - Planning and overseeing integration and separation projects - Developing financial models for IT - Recommending enterprise architecture and solutions - Building relationships and communicating effectively - Supporting engagement leaders with project management - Contributing to solution development and thought leadership - Open to travel up to 80% of the business week
