Patient Advocate / Marketer, full-time Needed! Carevana Home Health is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking a Patient Advocate to promote our home health services to physicians, patients, and hospitals.

Salary+ commission pay+ benefits!

Carevana Home Health provides patients with around-the-clock care and support. We offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, PTO, referral bonuses, and regular evaluations with annual merit increases. Our full-time employees enjoy a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match after one year of employment.

Starting Salary 100K per year meeting all criteria within 90 days

Commissions and Bonuses can be another six figures based on above-average performance.

Overall compensation based on high-level performance will be

$100k Plus

Duties Include :

Promotes the company to physicians, patients, hospitals, and the community

Works collaboratively with the director to focus on the targeted market

Provides a plan of action to the director every month

Utilizes excellent communication skills

Maintains a professional image with all staff and customers

Prioritizes areas of focus

Represents the company at various functions

Maintains knowledge of home healthcare rules and regulations

Maintains contact with physicians and other referral sources to solve any issues that occur between the company and the physician and / or other referral source. Refers them to the Administrator if unable to assist them.

Maintains current knowledge of new trends in the home care industry

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Criteria :

Bachelors degree in a business-related field, marketing degree preferred

Minimum of FIVE years in Home Healthcare Sales and Marketing.

Must be getting 7 Medicare Admissions a week in the current position.

Follow all proven to be successful company guidelines.

Be an honest and caring professional truly committed to the care of the elderly.
