Location : Austin, TX / San Carlos, CA (Onsite / Hybrid – Relocation accepted)

Type : Contract / C2C

Pay Range : $50 – $55 / hr

A day in the life

By mid-morning, you’ve shipped a FastAPI microservice prototype that wraps an AI Agent to triage RCM data and expose clean endpoints. After lunch, you containerize it with Docker and push to AWS, orchestrating workloads on ECS / EKS. In the afternoon, you sit with U.S. healthcare / RCM stakeholders to refine requirements, then iterate rapidly to promote your prototype into a resilient, production-ready service. You close the day reviewing logs, optimizing performance, and planning the next sprint’s LLM-enabled features.

What you will build

• Rapid prototypes and production-ready services using Python and FastAPI .
• Cloud-native deployments on AWS leveraging ECS / EKS and Docker / Containers .
• Integrations of LLMs and AI Agents into robust, scalable applications.
• Solutions shaped directly by conversations with U.S. healthcare / RCM stakeholders on short timelines.
