Job description9+ years of overall experience in digital marketing / CRM platforms.5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio).Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and personalization tactics.In-depth experience with APIs (REST & SOAP), SSJS, AMPscript, and SQL for SFMC.Experience in Push Notification setup, Transactional Email setup, and Triggered Campaigns.Proven experience in IP warming strategy and domain setup for SFMC deliverability.Expertise in data integration, data modeling, and subscriber data architecture.Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and CRM (Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud) integrations.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
