Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Function as administrative support for the HR Shared Services Team assisting HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services Specialists, and employees
• Front door for incoming HR Shared Services help desk requests and questions, delivering excellent customer service
• Manages incoming department email requests and assigns to appropriate team members
• Complete electronic filing and maintains hardcopy personnel files and employment agreements
• Data entry into Oracle HCM Cloud
• Manage tracking and follow-up of on-boarding paperwork and employment agreement
• Administer special projects as requested and communicates status to appropriate personnel
• May run reports from the HRIS and other HR / Payroll applications
• Effectively operates all department equipment and software applications
• Execute administrative duties as assigned
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
