A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building stronger client relationships every year. You'll also have the opportunity to assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure all H&R Block clients receive superior service, and perform other duties as assigned.
Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to complete tax return interviews, effective communication skills in person and on the phone, previous experience with Windows-based computer programs, and adherence to additional state and local requirements.

Pay Range Information : The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 / hr. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
