Job descriptionPatient Assessment & Care Planning (30%) : Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs regularly, developing and updating individualized care plans in accordance with physician orders and nursing best practices.\n Direct Patient Care (30%) : Provide hands-on nursing services, including medication administration, treatments, responding to call lights, assisting with transfers, and responding to alarms promptly.\n Treatment Evaluation & Collaboration (20%) : Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, collaborating with the healthcare team to modify care plans for optimal outcomes.\n Order Processing & Follow-Up (10%) : Accurately process physician orders and follow up on medication changes and clarifications to ensure safe and effective patient care.\n Current and Valid Registered Nurse License (License Number, State of licensure) is mandatory .\n Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required .\n Experience in Medical-Surgical or Oncology Units is highly preferred.\n Strong knowledge of cancer pathophysiology and medical care protocols.\n Excellent clinical assessment skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.\n Ability to handle high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.\n Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.\n Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred.\n Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical or oncology setting.\n Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.\n Competitive weekly stipend of $326.85 and taxable pay of $539.96.\n Guaranteed 36 hours per week, providing stability and predictable scheduling.\n Opportunity to work at a reputable healthcare facility with strong support for professional growth.\n Enhance your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.\n Referral bonus Medical benefits Weekly pay Dental benefits Holiday Pay Vision benefits Benefits start day 1 Life insurance Guaranteed Hours 401k retirement plan Company provided housing options

This role requires a solid understanding of the pathophysiology of cancer and the ability to deliver comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
