Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions addressing social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to identify and respond to student needs.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans to support student success and well-being.
  • Connect students and families with community resources and services.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and confidentiality in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Valid licensure or certification as a Social Worker preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children in educational or community settings.
  • Strong knowledge of counseling techniques, child development, and community resources.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
