As a Strategic Asset Planning Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and governance of the Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP) for Dyno Nobel's North America Manufacturing Operations. Other duties include :

• Ensures that asset strategies are aligned with business objectives, capital investments are optimized, and long-term financial plans are robust and forward-looking
• Live and foster Dyno Nobel Values
• Ensure compliance with applicable HSE Performance Standards
• Develop and maintain Business Unit (BU) Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).
• Lead the creation and maintenance of long-term financial plans (CAPEX and OPEX).
• Develop macro-level asset strategies to ensure optimal operation and integration of plants.
• Improve asset data quality and maturity in SAP and other enterprise systems.
