Job Summary :

We are looking for a Civil Construction Project Manager who lives our core values and vision, leading our field crews to greatness and building lasting relationships with our partners.

The Civil Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are met, while supporting, coaching, and providing guidance to Project Superintendents. The Civil Construction Project Manager will oversee and facilitate the Owner / Client partnership in the field. This position is full time and 100% travel within the central United States.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

• Lead by example in a way that reflects our company culture and core values.
• Oversees a team of superintendents to ensure projects are completed to specification, on time and on budget.
• Determine needed resources including but not limited to manpower, equipment, and materials from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Manages each subcontractor to ensure that work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
