Job description

✍ Short Description

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Motion Graphic Designer to join a global team and produce engaging video content for top social media platforms. If you're passionate about storytelling through motion, understand digital trends, and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment—this one’s for you.

💰 Compensation : Competitive salary in USD

🌎 Location : 100% Remote (LATAM)

🗣 Language Requirements : Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory

🕒 Schedule : Monday to Friday, 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM ET. Note : May shift ±1 hour depending on U.S. daylight saving time

💼 Responsibilities

  • Design and animate motion graphics for digital campaigns, ads, and social content
  • Produce short-form videos optimized for Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual executions under tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with international marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Contribute to creative ideation and execution in a fast-paced production pipeline

    • ✅ Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphics and video creation
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience using tools like Canva
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media content trends
  • Proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

    • 🔍 Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Blender, Cinema 4D, or DaVinci Resolve
