This role is designed for an experienced construction professional who will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of campus construction projects. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires expertise in project planning, risk management, contract negotiation, and compliance with regulations. Accountabilities

• Develop and manage cost estimates, schedules, and procurement plans for campus construction projects, factoring in materials, labor, and logistics.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to review plans and align project scopes.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency and project quality.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including punch lists, final inspections, and handover records.
• Facilitate project closeout procedures and ensure smooth transitions for completed projects.
