As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in fulfilling this mission by expanding our customer base, growing the sales pipeline, and achieving individual sales targets. You will also manage customer and strategic relationships to strengthen Evolv’s presence across diverse vertical markets. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who thrives on increasing revenue, raising market awareness, qualifying prospects, managing the sales process, and closing deals.

What is the leadership like for this role?
You will be joining the North America - West Sales Team. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, West. You will join a team of 4-5 other Account Executives.
Where is the role located?
The location of this role is flexible throughout Los Angeles Metro. Expected territory coverage is throughout San Luis Obispo, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Kern counties. Field work is expected to be at least 3 days per week.
Travel requirements can be up to 60-80% of the time depending on trade shows, customer needs, and business development activity according to the territory plan you create. Some of our customers operate on nights, weekends, and holiday schedules, which means that on occasion, Account Executives are expected to as well.
Compensation and Transparency Statement
The base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000- $130,000. In addition to base salary, this role offers a competitive target bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. This range reflects our commitment to pay transparency and equity, in alignment with applicable state laws. Our compensation ranges are determined based on factors such as role, level, location, market benchmarks, and internal equity. The posted range represents the good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role across U.S. locations. Actual compensation within the range will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, education, and geographic location.
