Description :

The role involves providing care in a cardiovascular operating room setting.

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in various complex procedures including atrial septal defect repair, coronary artery bypass graft, MAZE procedure, mitral valve replacement, and TAVR.

Experience in infection control, wound management, and handling specimens is necessary.

Knowledge of fire safety, laser safety, and radiation safety is essential.

A strict nicotine-free policy is in place; candidates must be nicotine-free to be considered.

A negative 10 panel drug screen is required within 12 months prior to starting.

Travelers will be required to complete EKG and pharmacy testing during orientation.

Two attempts maximum are allowed for each test, with no remediation for re-tests.

Candidates will be canceled if they fail the tests.

References from direct supervisors or managers are required.

All requests for time off must be submitted during the application process.

The facility adheres to a strict do-not-call policy.

Candidates with any license issues will not be considered.
