What your day will look like :

Manage, administer, and coordinate all employee benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, and life insurance programs, disability, medical and dependent daycare spending accounts, retirement plans, and cancer plans.

Manage enrollment schedule and processes for new hire, bi-weekly benefits enrollment. Coordinate annual benefit renewal process

Address employee benefit questions and concerns

Ensure all employee benefits are managed in compliance with policy

Supervise the staff of benefits analysts and ensure they are trained with policies and procedures.

Type : Direct

To be a champion in this role, you will need :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resource management, business, or a related field

Minimum 4 years experience in benefits administration.

Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred
