Join a dynamic and growing plaintiff-side employment law firm as a Pre-Litigation Employment Law Attorney. This role is ideal for a strategic and client-focused attorney with experience in employment law who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about advocating for employee rights. The position focuses on early-stage legal strategy, factual development, client counseling, and negotiation before formal litigation begins. This is a critical role within our legal team, aimed at setting the tone and trajectory of each case through thorough case vetting, legal analysis, and early resolution efforts.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage a high-volume caseload of employment-related matters in the pre-litigation phase, including claims of wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, retaliation, and discrimination.Conduct detailed client interviews, assess legal claims, and develop case strategies.Draft demand letters, legal memos, and early-stage legal documents.Gather and review evidence including personnel files, wage statements, and written communications.Negotiate settlements and communicate directly with opposing counsel to seek early resolution.Collaborate with intake, litigation, and operations teams to ensure smooth case progression.Prepare matters for litigation handoff when pre-suit resolution is not possible.Maintain strong client communication throughout the case lifecycle.Requirements :
Active member of the California Bar.7+ years of experience in employment law litigation, including substantial exposure to wage and hour, class action, and PAGA matters.Experience drafting demand letters and negotiating pre-suit settlements.Ability to manage multiple cases in a deadline-driven environment.Empathetic, strategic, and solutions-oriented approach to client matters.
