[Summer 2026] Product Design Intern

As a Product Design Intern, you will be at the forefront of Roblox's rapid growth. We'll support you as you tackle complex design problems across a global platform with over 111 million daily users. You'll partner with experienced designers, engineers, and product managers to create products and features that directly impact how millions of people connect and create together. This 12-week internship is your chance to build a versatile portfolio while solving the hardest problems in design today.

You Will :

• Dive into understanding our business and the user / creator ecosystem

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA : The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  Please note that not all benefits shown on this page are applicable to internship opportunities.

Hourly Pay Range$58—$58 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
