Procedures : General Surgery, Cardiovascular, Cardiothoracic, Ortho, Endo, GYN, Robotics, Trauma, Neuro, B&B, Cardiac, Bariatric surgery, and Pain management. No Peds or OB

License Requirement : Able to present with pending license

Privileges : 60-90 days after complete credentialing application is submitted.
