External Candidates

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be currently or previously employed in a leadership position for 6 months, preferably working full time hours.
• Must be currently or previously employed or have been working with children for a minimum of 6 months.
• Previous experience in an education or sports environment is preferred, but not required.
• Must submit 2 letters of reference (1 from a direct supervisor)
• Must be able to work 45 hours per week working 3 evenings a week M-TH until 8 : 30 pm
• Be willing to travel to all WMS's locations.
• Must be willing to obtain CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard certification within 90 days from hire.
