Job Location : Toney, AL

Job Schedule : 9 / 80 : Employees work 9 out of every 14 days totaling 80 hours worked and have every other Friday off

Job Description : A Sr Associate Material Planning & Tooling Control Analyst at L3Harris in Huntsville, AL. This is a Sr Associate-level position focused on planning, scheduling, and controlling materials and production tooling to meet manufacturing and program needs.

Essential Functions

• Production support : Manage components and materials to support the manufacturing schedule.
• Inventory control : Perform inventory management tasks, including move orders and physical counts, to ensure accuracy.
• Material and tooling control : Control and monitor the flow of materials and tooling needed for production.
• Communication : Act as a liaison between production, engineering, and other departments to communicate needs and resolve issues.
• System usage : Use an ERP system (such as Oracle) to manage production plans and inventory.
• Skills : The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with an ERP system.
• Experience : While it is an 'Sr Associate' level, prior experience in manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain roles is beneficial.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior Material Management experience; or a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior Material Management experience; or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior Material Management experience.
