Minimum Requirements :

High school diploma or GED

Background in education, childcare, or youth programs preferred

Professional, patient, and attentive to student needs

Able to follow teacher direction and school procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Duties :

Assist with classroom activities and instructional support

Supervise students in hallways, cafeterias, and playgrounds

Help manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques

Provide support to students with learning, behavioral, or physical needs

Ensure safety and maintain confidentiality in all tasks

This role is well-suited for individuals who are committed to supporting student learning in a flexible, per-diem capacity.

Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
