What You'll Do

• Drive Improvements : Lead continuous improvement efforts using lean principles—boosting productivity, reducing waste, and upholding world-class safety and quality.
• Evaluate & Implement Equipment : Partner with teams to identify equipment needs, oversee installations, and ensure everything runs smoothly from commissioning to testing.
• Solve Problems at Scale : Tackle unique challenges in plant layout, process design, and construction—bringing creative, practical solutions to life.
• Keep Things Running : Support troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to keep machinery and systems performing at their best.
• Collaborate Across Levels : Work closely with operations, planning, engineering, and leadership to align processes and communication.
• Champion Lean Culture : Ensure lean manufacturing standards and best practices are embedded across the facility.
• Support the Business : Provide technical product support and documentation for projects, engineered products, and customer solutions.
