As we expand our market presence, we are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Business Development to spearhead commercial growth initiatives.
This position can be remote but will required business travel.
Position Summary
The Director of Business Development - Compounded Drug Products will report directly to the SVP of Compounding and will be responsible for identifying, sizing, and executing business growth opportunities within the veterinary compounding space. This leader will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Enablement teams as well as Compounding Strategy & Analytics to design and implement strategies that drive adoption and revenue through both veterinarian and pet parent channels. Additionally, the Director will manage sales teams either directly or indirectly to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful execution of sales strategies. The Director will also ensure that our compounded offerings for companion pets are comprehensive and meet the needs of both veterinarian and pet parent customers.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in strategy and / or business development in pharmaceutical sales, with particular value placed on experience in generic drug or 503A or 503B compounded pharmaceutical markets. Experience in the animal health industry is preferred but not required.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive
$155,100.00-$221,500.00
