LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a LPN to join our dynamic team in Dutchess County, New York

As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and attention to our residents. You'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors by assisting with medication management, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and providing support to our residents and team.

Shifts are Days (6 AM-2 PM) and Evenings (2 PM-10 PM)

• Minimum Qualifications :
• Current and valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medication administration and nursing care procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience working in assisted living or long-term care facilities.
• Certification in geriatric nursing or related specialty.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated skills in patient education and family communication.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
