Club Prophet provides fully integrated Golf Management Software for the golf industry. Solutions include Point of Sale (POS), Food and Beverage (F&B) for both Snack Bar and Fine Dining, Customer and Member Management with Billing and Online Statements, Tee Time and Online Reservations, Dynamic Pricing, Website and Email Marketing, Mobile Solutions, Online Store, Integrated Credit Card Processing, Reporting, Inventory, and much more. Serving golf facilities of all types for more than 30 years, today Club Prophet is a proud industry leader, supporting more than 1,400 facilities worldwide.

Job Summary :

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of golf course clients while actively prospecting and closing expansion business opportunities. You'll become a trusted advisor to golf course operators, helping them modernize and elevate their operations through our software.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain relationships with golf course decision-makers (GMs, head pros, directors of golf, etc.)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Identify customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver customer feedback and refine go-to-market strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline, activity, and forecasting in CRM

  • Familiarity with the golf industry and its operational needs (a plus)

  • Effective negotiation and persuasive abilities
  • Time management and multitasking across multiple accounts
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams
  • Feedback sharing from clients to influence product improvements
  • Willingness to mentor junior sales reps or participate in team training
  • Handling objections and finding creative solutions
  • Flexibility to adapt to market and product changes
  • Resilience under pressure and in competitive situations
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience (SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Knowledge of the golf industry or passion for golf is a major plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or client meetings
