Company Description

The primary responsibility of the male High School Students Pastor is the leadership and development of student coaches on the Peoria Campus. The secondary responsibility is to lead students. This will be done by communicating with students on a consistent basis, identifying and developing relationships with influential students, partnering with local schools, and managing programs / events. The main Goal of the Student Pastor is to Create Christ Centered Difference Makers.

Carry out the vision of CCV Student Ministry

Recruit, train, and retain lead coaches

Pastor high school students and Coaches

Be a champion of the Peoria Campus team at large

Build relationships with Peoria Campus staff members

Education and Experience

2 years minimum experience leading a ministry of youth and volunteers

Degree in Youth Ministry preferred, however training or proven experience in the field will be considered

Software and technology skills is a bonus
