Field Service Technician

The IT Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring that all systems, hardware, and software function seamlessly, empowering staff to deliver exceptional hospitality while safeguarding company data and assets. This position supports multiple locations and requires a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• System & Hardware Management :
• Prepare, deploy, and maintain computers and related equipment for staff use.
• Technical Support :
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• User Lifecycle Management :
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, and access control.
• Installation & Deployment :
• Plan, implement, and manage installations of new hardware and software across locations.
• Training & Documentation :
• Provide technical support, training, and clear documentation to staff for efficient system use.
• Ticket Management :
• Enter, assign, update, and escalate service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Asset Management :
• Maintain spare equipment inventory and coordinate repairs / RMA processes.
• Application Support :
• Assist with multi-user on-premises and cloud-based applications.
• Access & Security :
• Create and maintain user access controls to protect company data.
• Technical Writing :
• Review, analyze, and produce technical documents as needed.
• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, desktop support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware / software installation and configuration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with cloud applications and multi-location IT environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr.
