Alabama - Locum Tenens – Emergency Medicine Physician Rhino Medical is leading the charge in identifying Emergency Medicine Physicians available for ongoing locum tenens coverage in Alabama beginning in November / December. This assignment will go through May 2023 with the possibility of extending beyond then. We are seeking providers available for day and night shift coverage scheduled 6 : 00 – 6 : 00 for ongoing locum tenens assignments. Our top-rated facilities are well-equipped with a robust multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and support staff to best serve our patients. In order to continue to provide the best care possible, we need additional Urgent Care Locums available to keep our program performing at its best! Opportunity Specifics : Annual Patient Volume : 52k Patients per Hour : 3.6 average ED Bed Count : 36 Shift Times / Coverage Details : 6am - 3pm | 11am - 8pm | 3pm - 12pm | 8pm - 6am APP Hours of Coverage : 6a - 6p | 12p - 10p | 6p - 4a Scribe Coverage : None EMR : Cerner Admitting Orders : Sometimes, if not going to HM or Residency – not expected to be detailed orders Codes : EM responds to codes Trauma Center Designation : None Provider Requirements : Must have Alabama license at the time of presentation Must have at least 1 year of current / consecutive Emergency Medicine experience post residency Must be Certified ABFM, ABIM, ABEM, AOBIM (truly eligible is acceptable) If you are available to help us continue to provide exceptional care, please don't hesitate and apply with an updated CV and our recruitment team will get everything in place !
