Join our dynamic team in the IT and Telecom Networking Industry! We are currently seeking a talented Network Operations Technician to help maintain the integrity of our nationwide T-Mobile fixed and wireless network.
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Become an integral part of our Network Operations Center II (NOC), responsible for around-the-clock monitoring of our extensive networks.
- Analyze network outages to capture valuable lessons learned and help develop effective solutions aimed at improving processes, tools, and overall performance.
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Your primary focus will be on the surveillance and troubleshooting of voice and data technologies, ensuring national visibility of network outages across CORE, RAN, VAS, DATA & IP services , especially regarding self-inflicted outages.
- Utilize data from multiple systems to identify and address process issues that cause outages, and conduct conference calls to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
- Remote work is currently allowed, but you will need to be onsite once pandemic restrictions are lifted.
