Job descriptionFabricate and finish precision parts and fixtures with toolroom equipment (lathes, mills, grinders) Read and apply technical drawings and prints to plan setups and operations Maintain and sharpen cutting tools to ensure production readiness Co-create new tooling with Engineering; support Production with rapid improvements Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement every day High school diploma or GED 3–5 years in tool making or fixture building Solid mechanical aptitude and excellent blueprint reading skills Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for the duration of the shift 28 days of PTO (vacation + holidays) Day 1 benefits : medical, dental, vision, plus 401(k) with match 100% tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave, life insurance, and more Stability and growth in a high-impact industry
