Print Mailroom Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Print Mailroom Operator for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality printing and mailing solutions.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, day shift must be flexible between the following schedules:

Print Mailroom Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate printing and copying machines to produce documents from PDF and other digital files.

• Use mailroom equipment to fold letters, insert documents into envelopes, and prepare mailings for distribution.

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of printing and inserting machines.

• Organize and manage printed materials efficiently to meet deadlines.

• Ensure accuracy and quality in all printed and mailed materials.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Print Mailroom Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Computer knowledge required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability and experience to operating mail Inserting machines various printing and mailroom machines.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible day shift hours as needed.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment.

Full-time, temporary to hire
