\nOT- ltach needed asap\nOccupational Therapist Duties include \nEffectively screens / evaluates patients and / with cognitive and / or ADL physical functioning disorders and develops appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. \nUtilizes standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions. \nProvides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and / or ADL physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. \n1 years of OT experience - REQUIRED \nNew Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience\nLTC or Rehab Experience - Required\nOT license- Required\nBLS\n
