Operations Manager – Renken Remodeling
Renken Remodeling is seeking a driven and organized Operations Manager to lead daily business operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity across all departments. This role is integral to the success of our team, overseeing processes, supporting sales and production alignment, and driving key performance metrics. We’re looking for a strong leader with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills who can balance immediate priorities with long-term strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure seamless execution of projects from initial client interaction through funding completion.
Oversee and streamline paperwork and documentation processes, ensuring accurate and timely handoffs to production.
Communicate with clients regularly, addressing questions and follow-up needs to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Track and manage office performance metrics (KPI goals : 75% demo rate, 50% close rate, and 4,250 NSI) to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Serve as a primary liaison between local teams and corporate infrastructure, efficiently responding to customer-related inquiries and requests.
Conduct weekly sales meetings and training sessions to develop team members product knowlege, platform usage, and reinforce accountability.
Partner closely with the production team to coordinate installations, manage escalations, prevent cancellations, and track project funding.
Build a performance-driven culture by setting clear expectations, monitoring outcomes, and coaching for continuous improvement.
Lead training and retention programs to enhance team performance, promote professional growth, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Perform additional duties as needed to support operational excellence and organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role, ideally within construction, remodeling, or home services.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at motivating and leading diverse teams.
Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and achieving measurable results.
Proficiency with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce or similar preferred).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Results-oriented with a hands-on leadership style and focus on execution.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
