An IT Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting in managing the Bank’s computer systems, computer network and all technology related systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The following duties are normal for this position.  These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Perform all Information Technology and support duties for the entire organization.
• Install computers across multiple locations
• Assure adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures
• workflow of information systems and requests

Assure communication with associates and customers

Support / Maintenance of banking systems

Review procedures, processes and outcomes to evaluate efficiency and ability to  meet bank / client needs

Promote CSB as a relationship bank with community focus by being involved in

Community projects / activities

Stay current on all laws and regulations

Qualification Requirements :   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

Education :   Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, or equivalent work experience
