We're hiring an Assistant General Manager (full-time, salaried) to join our team. This role is focused on lead generation, phone outreach, and setting in-person appointments. You'll work incoming leads, make 150+ daily calls, and drive conversions. It's a high-energy, high-reward roleand a clear pathway to becoming a General Manager.

What You'll Do

• Call, connect, convert : Handle inbound leads from multiple sources with consistent outreach.
• Drive results : Set, confirm, and manage appointments to maximize show rates.
• Own your pipeline : Follow up with warm leads, past inquiries, and referrals.
• Track performance : Report daily KPIs (calls, sets, confirms, shows).
• Support the mission : Help youth athletes, parents, and adults start their training journey.
