  • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an SVP, Chief Technology Officer to take on a pivotal role in defining and executing the end-to-end technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the technical vision across all products, platforms, and infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with market opportunities and business objectives. This executive leader will also be accountable for the architectural integrity of the technology stack, driving technology roadmaps, and governing technical quality, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. A key aspect of the role is to foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, while also leading the principal engineer community and defining technical career progression paths.

    Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including a minimum of 7 years in executive roles. The role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, infrastructure, and platform engineering, as well as a strong grasp of security, networking, data architecture, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise technology organizations, and experience in driving technical transformation and platform modernization initiatives. Leadership capabilities should include exceptional strategic thinking, strong executive presence, and a history of building and retaining high-performing technical teams.
