Supply Chain Analyst II
Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company. The Supply Chain Analyst II will support the Digital Category within the Indirect Supply Chain organization. This role will be critical to spend analysis, performance tracking, and support the Digital sourcing strategy. As a part of the Indirect Supply Chain team, this position plays a key role in managing procurement requirements, developing robust reporting systems, participating in key sourcing events, and collaborating across facilities to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do :
- Primary responsibilities will support market and cost analysis, identify cost reduction opportunities, and optimize supplier relationships.
- Establish and maintain collaborative and constructive relationships with functional managers and supply chain management to understand current and future business needs and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Pre-qualify potential suppliers to mitigate future supply disruptions.
- Review supply chain and logistics analytical processes and procedures; identify, recommend, and implement improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costs.
- Evaluates proposals / quotes to recommend suppliers that are best suited to meet the organization's requirements.
- Develops relationships with external partners to develop supplier contracts that meet the strategic vision of the company.
- Generates supplier ratings and monitors performance.
- Partners with external stakeholders to drive changes to improve supplier performance.
- Leads or participates in supply chain cost improvement projects.
- Leads or participates in business process improvement projects to develop and implement Purchasing Functional Excellence Processes, procedures, and tools.

The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
