Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Solutions Manager to join our HR team at our Florham Park, NJ office. This role will lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and analytics.
You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive operational excellence, improve employee experience, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This opportunity begins as a temporary assignment with the possibility of permanent employment.

In alignment with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $93,500 to $126,500 annually. Final compensation may vary based on factors such as experience and qualifications.
