For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign on bonus for

Patient Service Representative (PSRs) :

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time PSR position.

Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

  • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible;

former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.

MaineHealth is seeking a Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our Primary Care practice in scenic Boothbay Harbor. If you enjoy helping others, working in a team environment, and being the welcoming face for patients and families, this could be the perfect fit for you!

As a PSR, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel supported from the moment they walk in the door. From scheduling appointments and managing patient information to assisting with check-in / check-out, you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing excellent care in a friendly, community-centered setting.

    Position : Patient Service Representative

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License / Certifications : N / A
  • Experience : Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  • Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
  • Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Proficient computer skills.
