Salary : North Kingstown, RI $81,717.00-$102,146.00

We're looking for a PCBA Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll support electronics production, focusing on PCB assembly, SMT, and conformal coating for both new and existing products. You'll work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day PCBA manufacturing operations to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to support daily operations.
• Lead and participate in projects to improve yield, reduce costs, and strengthen processes.
• Support new equipment and technology projects for PCBA products.
• Work with design and test engineering to maintain quality throughout a product's life cycle.
• Develop processes for new products and ensure projects stay on track.
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma tools.
• Guide and support PCBA technicians in daily tasks.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.
