Work Shift : Monday - Friday 11 : 30 am - 8 pm

Job Summary : Collects correct payments from patients, while minimizing patient complaints. Essential Functions

• Utilize current workflow process, master patient pay accounts receivables reports and billing system to identify claims that are past timely payment.
• Utilize collections expertise to identify and escalate patient grievances to management.
• Makes collection phone calls on all past due accounts targeting outstanding accounts for overdue payments regarding 90 plus day old accounts.
• Ensure all payment plan tracking documents are updated daily.
• Serve as a customer service point of contact for all inbound calls routed to the department.
• Resolve patient account issues in a respectful and timely manner.
