A company is looking for a Design Director, UI / UX & Brand.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple UI / UX engagements, focusing on branded e-commerce websites

Manage a team of designers, providing strategy, feedback, and performance evaluations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with business objectives

Required Qualifications

3-6+ years of senior-level web design experience, particularly with e-commerce

At least 1 year of experience in people management preferred

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Experience collaborating with developers and documenting designs for hand-off

Strong digital portfolio showcasing web design and branding skills
