With a well-established administrative and logistics infrastructure already in place, they’re seeking a Plant Manager to take the lead in driving production performance and efficiency . The Opportunity :

As Plant Manager , your primary focus will be increasing production output and optimizing plant operations . You’ll have the support of a capable administrative team managing all office and compliance duties, and a dedicated trucking / logistics department ensuring product movement and delivery. Your role is to own production —to lead, refine, and grow it.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead all aspects of plant production to achieve volume, quality, and efficiency goals.

Develop and implement process improvements that enhance throughput and reduce downtime.

Motivate and manage production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.

Monitor production metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with admin and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.

Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives related to plant performance and growth.

What We’re Looking For :

Proven leadership experience in plant or production management—preferably in agriculture, food processing, or a related industry.

Strong understanding of production systems, quality control, and process improvement.

Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and team-building skills.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
