Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Machine Operation and Order Fulfillment (65%) : Prepare materials for orders; locate materials using RF Gun; weigh materials for batch preparation; start-up machinery; review production schedule; load bags; work with batcher; follow safety protocols.

Housekeeping (15%) : Maintain a clean and safe worksite; sweeping, vacuuming, debris removal, and equipment cleaning.

Staging and Shift Handoff (5%) : Prepare materials for next shift to ensure smooth transition.

Quality Control (10%) : Ensure materials are not expired, follow correct formulas; collect samples for QC and adjust batches as needed; verify final product meets quality specifications.

Equipment & Materials (5%) : Communicate equipment and materials needs, shortages, failures, repairs, forklift inspections, etc. to leadership and maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Able to perform basic math for formulas and weights

Able to read and interpret directions and order details

Able to communicate in writing and verbally

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Must pass pre-employment physical

Lift up to 60 pounds; push / pull up to 55 pounds

Stand 80%–85% of the day; sit ~5%; twist / bend 20%; squat / climb / crawl 10%
