Dave Sinclair Lincoln St Peters is a leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add a qualified RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER to our team.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette.
- Direct telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary.
- Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, maintenance, or repair etc. to the service advisor or other appropriate individual.
- Greeting customers entering the dealership
- Additional administrative responsibilities.
- Operate an current dealership phone system.
- Handle multiple lines.
- Responsible for processing cash, credit, check transactions and refunds.
- Duties include interacting with customers, balancing the cash, determining change, recording purchases.
- Closes all open invoices
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Education and / or Experience
No prior experience or training will train.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
