Job descriptionLead the bartending team at events and banquets Prepare all beverages served in the area of responsibility Maintain control of bar area, clientele, guest service, and atmosphere Maintain cleanliness of bar area Perform tasks necessary for opening and closing of the bar to the satisfaction of administration and within inventory needs Comply with all Washington State labor, health and safety regulations Comply with all Suncadia policies and procedures Secure payment for served product Maintain issued bank Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned Current Washington state food handler permit required Current Washington state liquor license required Bartending experience required, experience in banquet or catering setting preferred Knowledge of mixology Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to work well with others and function well in fast paced environment Able to communicate well with team members and customers Able to work flexible hours and days Knowledge of food and beverage products Knowledge of property-wide facilities and services Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills Mid-Senior level Full-time Management Travel Arrangements and Hospitality
Overview
Lead the bartending team at banquets and events. Prepare and serve alcoholic and / or non-alcoholic beverages in a variety of settings as part of the banquets and events team. Always maintaining Suncadia's established service standards and ensuring each banquet event goes above the client expectations.
Salary : $19.00 / hour + Gratuity
