In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The YouTube Ads Infrastructure team's mission is to build a privacy-safe, efficient, and scalable infrastructure platform that drives business growth, enhances ad relevance and performance, and boosts developer productivity. As the video ecosystem grows, YouTube and Google Ads is transitioning from a creator-led product primarily for desktop and mobile, to new devices and new experiences with a growing stable of content partners. In this role, you will lead YouTube Ads foray into these new growth areas. You will work with both internal and external partners to power the next set of YouTube Ads experiences, integrations and business models. You will collaborate with our Infrastructure and Product teams to build the YouTube Ads platform resulting in measurable business impact in new areas.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
