Job descriptionAll applicants will be advised that Client, as a federal contractor, may be required to implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate. High school diploma or equivalent required Experience 2 or more years of administrative support experience required Proven organizational and time management skills required Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Outlook, Excel and Word Must have the ability to handle multiple projects with a high degree of Accuracy Effective time management and Independent Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must Effective time management skills Proven ability to maintain confidentiality HEDIS experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities :
- Individual is responsible for requesting and tracking receipt of a large volume of medical records from provider offices, receiving records via electronic fax or email and preparing records for transfer to designated system folders and / or project software.
- Individual will communicate with providers and other staff regarding confidential information.
- Other project related duties as determined by management may be assigned to manage HEDIS project.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy is required.
