Position Overview :
We’re looking for a data-driven creative thinker to lead full-funnel Meta ad strategy - from creative concept through campaign performance. You’ll be responsible for developing performance-focused creative strategies, building high-converting ad structures, and translating performance data into actionable creative insights.
This hybrid role blends the art of creative storytelling with the science of paid media. You’ll collaborate with creators, designers, and media buyers to ensure every campaign is strategically structured, on-brand, and optimized to drive client growth. This role is client facing.
We are looking for those experienced in DTC / ecom and who are obsessed with pushing creative / paid media boundaries.
Key Responsibilities :
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Oversight
- Own the Meta advertising strategy for assigned clients, including funnel structure, audience segmentation, and creative testing frameworks.
- Develop and maintain account structures aligned with best practices for testing, scaling, and retargeting.
- Partner with the Media Buyer to oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance pacing against client KPIs.
- Continuously refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
Creative Strategy Development
Build creative strategies rooted in data and audience insights to fuel performance-driven ad campaigns.Conduct deep research on customer psychology, competitive messaging, and industry trends to inform ad concepts.Write detailed creative briefs for UGC creators and the internal creative team, connecting messaging angles to campaign objectives.Ideate new ad concepts based on learnings from previous performance data and client goals.Performance Analysis & Optimization
Review and interpret campaign performance reports to identify winning ad angles, formats, and creative patterns.Develop hypotheses for new creative tests and collaborate with the creative team to bring them to life.Document learnings and maintain a creative performance library to inform ongoing strategy development.Provide monthly insights reports that connect creative trends to account results and next steps.Client Communication & Collaboration
Serve as the client’s strategic partner for all paid media and creative-related discussions.Participate in client onboarding and kickoff calls to set strategy, align expectations, and define success metrics.Translate complex media performance into clear, actionable insights clients can understand.Team Collaboration & Workflow Management
Manage and collaborate with Media Assistants, Designers, Video Editors, and UGC Creators to execute campaigns.Ensure projects move efficiently through ideation, production, launch, and optimization.Maintain clear documentation of strategies, learnings, and performance outcomes in internal systems.Qualifications
3+ years of experience in paid social strategy or creative strategy (preferably Meta Ads).Proven ability to build and scale Meta ad campaigns across testing, optimization, and scaling phases.Strong understanding of creative performance drivers — hooks, messaging angles, and audience psychology.Experience analyzing ad metrics (CTR, CPA, MER, ROAS, Thumb Stop Rate, etc.) and using data to guide creative direction.Excellent communication and presentation skills for both client and internal team collaboration.Comfortable managing multiple client accounts, deliverables, and creative production timelines simultaneously.What We Offer :
